Catching Spring Pre-spawn Crappie (fishing while snowing?)

This social distancing has kept me on the pond fishing grind, but I found a good pattern to still catch fish in the cold water. Slow moving and suspended live bait did the trick for the crappies and some others. Hope you enjoy and can grab a tip or two. Thanks for watching!!!
