Man Catches Thieves Trying to Steal Truck Part on Camera

David Sommer being observant was what led him to catch three men red-handed who were trying to steal his truck’s catalytic converter. “I noticed the motion light went off and the security camera alerted me someone was out front.” Sommer told KCBS.
