Jennifer Carnahan, widow of deceased former Rep. Jim Hagedorn (MN-01), launched a campaign for his congressional seat today.

Carnahan, from audio of a phone call surfaced in August while attending an RNC event: “I don’t care ... Jim’s gonna die of cancer in two years. So be it.”
