Jen Psaki is fond of using this talking point. But the problem is that these leases are only the start of the process. There are many more permits that are needed. The Biden admin has a bias AGAINST fossel fuels. Oil companies are hesitant to put down millions of dollars to try to go through the process because there is no guarantee they will be approved. And those millions would be lost.

With talking points like "ending Fossil Fuels by 20xx", what effect might that have on oil companies exploring new long term projects? A chilling effect.

Yes, Biden is at fault for gas prices, has very little to do with Putin or Russia.
