How to Tape your thumb without ever taping it again. once taped always taped every bowling day. your thumb CAN'T swell this way of taping it. of course all bowlers on tour & all other pro bowlers use the hook ball that's a FACT, WHY though? it because a straight line strike is REALLY hard to learn & vary difficult to maintain, WHY? its because a straight line strike has half the pocket zone as a HIGH rev, HIGH MPH (this is the ONLY thing Belmo has over most other LUCKY hook ball pros) what makes the straight line NON-spinning, NON-hooking ball THE BEST BALL is the lane condition such as the oil or dryness of the lane does NOT effect a straight line strike ball at all. a straight line is a straight line that can NOT be influenced by oil or lack of oil it does NOT matter either way. so I am saying IT DOES NOT MATTER if you oil the lanes to the pins or if there is NO oil on the lanes. oil or dry lanes have ZERO effects on a straight line to the pocket zone with a straight ROCK NO spinning ROCK where as even a slight spinning on its side DOES. even the Duke ball has a slight side roll on his straight ROCK throw. I only have a 163 avg but I am working on how to prefect & MASTER the straight line ROCK to the strike/pocket zone. I have only had 2 games with the FRONT 8 strikes with the straight ROCK since I have back bowling since MAY 2021 so not yet a year yet. I KNOW I WILL roll a 300 it just a matter of time. my high with a cheep Meijer ball hook ball is a 299.
