Torrance Dental Care, Finsbury Park, London has put my health and my life at risk!

I have spent thousands of pounds at this practice. Abusive, bullying practice manager came downstairs and started shouting on me because I declined them putting sanitiser on my hands because I had come directly to the dentist straight after taking a shower.

I live close to the practice. I was clean and showing no symptoms whatsoever. I have said the same thing at a dental practice when I was in Nigeria, where I was stranded for ten months during the suspended air travel. There they respected my decision to decline. Here in utterly corrupt England, bullying, shouting, abuse and cancelling then ensued!

She then cancelled my important appointment to extract two teeth, one of which the dentist said had “chronic infection”. Then she said I was no longer registered with the practice, because she’s “the manager”. I asked her for the owner’s details (Dr Torrance). She refused to give me and told me I’m now “trespassing” and called their partners-in-crime, the police on me.

The receptionist in the foreground behind the desk - the one trying to hide, is extremely rude and aggressive with an appalling attitude. She was shouting at me for no good reason. She shouted “DON’T TALK TO ME! DON’T TALK TO ME!” and “COME NEAR ME AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS!”

She came to the window to attract my attention so I could see her laughing at me when she thought I was going to be arrested. She’s now on maternity leave. Policewoman snatched my phone from me when I tried to video her. She told me I was only allowed to record audio. I told her she knew that wasn’t true. She then left. I then recorded this video 25th September 2021. All this appalling treatment under the guise of “keeping us safe”.

I have written to practice owner Dr Torrance, but I haven’t heard from him since 25th November 2021 until now. I don’t know if the so called “practice manager” has intercepted the letter.

When I recently phoned and spoke to the practice manager she lied to me and said she wasn’t the manager, but I recognised her voice.

The treatment she denied me has still not been done. The chronic infections remain. I have learnt these tooth infections can spread to the brain, heart and other parts of the body.

So much for protecting us from infection.

I have sent this nasty manager a Notice of Personal Liability and will also send copies to others in case something happens to me as a result of my untreated infections.
