HP Reverb G2 VR Headset - Project CARS - Upgrade & Overclocking of Graphics Card Part 2

This two-part video series covers my experience with the HP Reverb G2 VR Headset playing Project CARS. The performance with my existing NVIDIA 1080ti graphics card was poor, so I decided to upgrade.

It's difficult to find graphics cards at a reasonable price these days, especially hybrid cards which I like to use since they're quieter and handle the heat generated by overclocking better.

I found a "used as good as new" EVGA NVIDIA 2080 Super Hybrid XC card on Amazon for a semi-reasonable price.

I should be able to recover about 70% of the cost by selling my NVIDIA 1080ti on eBay:

Part 1 :
1) Showing the poor performance of Project CARS (at the lowest graphics settings) with the HP Reverb G2 running at full resolution and the 1080ti
2) Comparing the performance of the NVIDIA 1080ti to the NVIDIA 2080 Super
3) Overclocking the NVIDIA 2080 Super using the Unigine Superposition & Heaven benchmark programs (see links below)
4) Performance Benchmarks before and after Overclocking.

Part 2:
1) Showing the improved performance of Project CARS (at high graphics settings) in a race with the HP Reverb G2 running at full resolution and the 2080 Super XC.

I have a custom built (by me) PC powered by:
1) ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X CODE Motherboard
2) Intel Core i7-8700K 3.7 GHz 6-Core LGA 1151 Processor

I normally use a ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q 27" Monitor to play my games on my PC, but some games like driving games and flight/space simulators are much better if you can move your head around and see in different directions. It provides much more immersion.
