Ep. 3 - Fixing the American Skills Gap

There are over 9 million jobs available in America, most of which do not require a 4-year degree. As the workforce in trade skills begins to retire, there are roughly only 6 million to take their place.

This is a video to highlight some rockstars at our local vocational school, Fayette Institute of Technology, who are working hard to stand in the gap.
