Russian Fighter Jets Shark Fast And Low Over Ukraine

Footage out of Ukraine reportedly shows a pair of Russian fighter jets sharking through the skies near Kyiv.

The Russian jets are flying insanely low to avoid radar lock from air defense systems, but at the same time, their low altitude suggests they are not all that concerned about man-portable air defense systems (MANPADS) or they would be flying at much higher altitudes and out of range.
