“Patriot Movement” is not of God
Patriotism vs Nationalism. They are slightly different, but “patriot movement” is ALL about nationalism.
Nationalism is fleshly/satanic. Patriotism is ok, but not Scriptural and is very hard to wield properly. Most Christians are unable but deceive ourselves into thinking we are able.
Massive conflation between Scripture and the constitution between the Cross and the flag. You don’t play nice with idols you smash them!
Entire generation of faulty teaching that equates the Cold War Geopolitical battles with Bible prophecy.
My history flirting with militias, OathKeepers, 3 Percenters.
Would likely have been arrested for storming the capitol on Jan 6 if God didn’t pull me out election night 2012
Patriot Movement always ends up being about Secession and/or Civil War.
Has always (in my lifetime at least) been susceptible to fall for false conspiracy theories. This is multiplied with QAnon past 2 years.
