Improving Mental Health - For Me It's Photography
As someone who does struggles slightly with #mentalhealth, I wanted to make a video for anyone who is going through it. I am not an expert, and you should ask qualified people in the matter, but I found that these tips did help improve my mental health. Hope they work for you.
We encourage you to reach out to anyone if you're going through a rough time.
Here are some tips.
- Having a #healthylifestyle Be active, and eat healthy. This goes a long way.

- Be around supportive positive people.
- Find a hobby you are passionate about. For me it is #photography
