In Asenovgrad, Bulgaria it was the First Time I Tried Bulgarian Skembe Chorba

Today we are in Asenovgrad in the Plovdiv region of Bulgaria, My Friend Normen took me to Try for the First Time Skembe Chorba. He has lived in Asenovgrad for more than 10 years now. Known as a the best Hangover cure in Bulgaria. Bulgarians love or hate this soup and we needed something after the previous nights drinking session.
