An Alabama bride says she was left in tears after her grandparents walked down the aisle as flower girl and ring bearer during her wedding ceremony.

‘I was so excited to see them walk down the aisle and it made me so happy that they got to be part of our wedding in such a special way,’ said the bride, Emily Corbett Abney.

‘My granddad has had some health issues and even had a surgery just a couple days before the wedding but was determined to be there no matter what.’
