5 Tacos

Beef and cilantro ends went into chicken stock from Arroz Con Gandules. A shallot, salt, pepper were all I put. Pan seared peppers for extra flavor. I used a little lard for the tortillas. I would have seared it more, but the fire department charges 250 a visit. Lucky I had something cool waiting.
