The Texas Floods of 2017 - Who'll Stop The Rain by Dwight Yoakam

The year is coming to a close and it has been a tough one for us along the Texas Gulf Coast.
Hurricane Harvey swept through here and brought with it more rain than anyone can ever remember. I've experienced the monsoons in Asia and those were never anything like the deluge that I saw this year in my beloved Texas.
It's been several months now. The cleanup and the rebuilding continues. Texas may have its faults, but still, it is truly blessed.

I put together this collage of photos because I wanted y'all to know that when times are toughest is when Texans really shine.
