In today’s video, I am sharing with you my daily stretch routine! I have stage 3 endometriosis & I have found that stretching really does help alleviate some of the aches that I’m left with on the daily. This is what I do on the daily along with these physical therapy exercises & posture correcting exercises for neck & shoulder pain.
