BURNWOOD BUSHCRAFT 5.3 - Building a Prepper's Fire Pit

This series has shifted in a different direction and will be more focused on preparedness and sustainability at home.

In this video I redo the pre-existing fire pit that came with the property in order to make it more functional yet aestheticially pleasing. It will be used for cooking using a tripod and hanging a bush pot or cast iron Dutch oven. It will also be used for grilling, roasting and baking. I feel it is important to have many alternative cooking methods in case of a SHTF or grid down scenario.

I am hoping that this fire pit will last a long time. Hopfully the blocks don't crack from the heat. It turned out very well and I am pretty happy with it. Thank you for watching and I hope you enjoy the video!
