Park Pass Question:

Hi there! My friend and I are coming to Canada and want to visit a lot of parks. We've learned that you need a Discovery Pass to do so.

Does anyone have any tips/websites where we can easily purchase one of those passes / share a pass with someone who is going a different period so we can save in the costs?

Thanks!

Admin:

A discovery pass is a Canadian Federal National Park Pass. This pass cannot be used for Provincial or Municipal/County/private parks. This Pass can be purchased anywhere there is a National Park, such-as in:

• Pacific Rim National Park (Tofino/Ucluelet)
• Banff National Park (Banff/Canmore Information centers/Harvie Heights Park Gates)

These park passes are also sold in Government road-side Information Centers Across Canada. You may also find them in Cities like Vancouver but may be a pain to find or if you drive, you will endure parking fees/traffic. Searching for buildings in big cities can be stressing and time consuming
