Feeling agitated ? Take a few minutes for yourself. Give yourself time to be still for a moment sit down in a comfortable position or you can lie down also.Keep your eyes closed for the entire duration of meditation and keep your body loose.Make sure you are focused on your breath inahale through your nose and exhale through your mouth repeat tell you are able to focus on your breath.Give yourself time to calm down.
