Minority contracting fraud conviction doesn't stop Doug Evans from winning government jobs

A jury found Evans Landscaping guilty of defrauding Cincinnati and the state of Ohio by taking millions in demolition work that was supposed to go to minority and small business contractors. Doug Evans is still getting work after his conviction.
