Japanese New Years Food: Salmon Bara Chirashi Sushi

I *love* Japanese new year food (osechi ryori) so I teamed up with Kvaory Arctic to combine two of my family's traditional osechi dishes into a beautiful, celebratory Salmon Bara Chirashi Sushi (rice bowl).
