✨APPLE CIDER RECIPE✨

cut up 3 apples & 2 oranges & place in a pot of 1:1 water & lemonade (I did 3 cups water & 3 cups lemonade)

dust with cinnamon (or use cinnamon sticks) & pumpkin pie seasoning (I would’ve used cloves or all spice if I had any on hand, but this worked!)

let boil & then simmer until fruit becomes soft, then mash fruit down into pot in order to get all the flavor out (this process may cause pulp pieces so if you don’t like that, then skip the smooshing OR use a better straining method than I did!)

After mashing, I strained the contents of the pot, separating most of the liquid from the solid

Serve warm & enjoy!

🚨 I did NOT follow a recipe, this was my own concoction off the cuff using what I had on hand! 🚨

✨SECRET TIPS FOR APPLE CIDER✨

💫 I added 3 shots of maker’s mark whisky to my cider to create a BOOZY cider! You can add any alcohol of your choice! (3 shots per 6 cups liquid was perfect for the average person who DOESN’T enjoy hard alcohol like me! Lol. Use less if you want less of an alcohol flavor or more if you like it extra strong 👀)

💫 I used the lemonade & water because I did not have any apple juice on hand. Apple juice would make your life so much easier & it will more effortlessly taste like traditional cider!

💫 I added whipped cream & caramel drizzle on one of the nights I drank this & that was by far the BEST way to drink it! Whipped cream on cider may sound strange but it ended up being SO yummy especially since mine had a good tang to it from the lemonade so the caramel & whipped cream actually toned that down a bit!
