Here’s how you can encourage a NICU Mama 👇🏼

1. Get her a NICU journal to process and write down her thoughts 📓

2. Order NICU milestone cards for her little one (Etsy has a lot of great options!)

3. Deliver her favorite meal to her 🍝

4. Lift her spirits and send her an encouraging text 📱

5. Fill her car up with gas or get her a gas gift card. She's driving to and from the
hospital every day, sometimes multiple times a day 🚗

6. Bring her a coffee (and yes, bring her a venti!) ☕️

7. Do her laundry! I promise you the last thing she's thinking of are all the clothes piling up back at the house 🧺

8. Pray with her and pray for her. 🙏🏼
