New World Feb 2022 Patch Broke Combat! PART 2

I decided to give it another run and see what happens. More of the same - in attempt to make weapon swap and dodge more responsive, they broke the rest of combat. Same weapon swap bugs that use abilities I didn't click along with some new bugs and some traditional bugs that have been around forever.
