Ukraine war latest: Talks end with no major outcome +++ Thousands arrested in Russia

Delegates from Russia and Ukraine have concluded the third round of talks in Belarus. The two sides achieved "small positive [developments]" regarding the logistics of humanitarian corridors, according to Ukrainian negotiator Mykhailo Podolyay.
He also said intensive consultations were ongoing regarding cease-fires and security guarantees.
Meanwhile, Russia's top negotiator Vladimir Medinsky said Moscow's expectations from negotiations were "not fulfilled."
Medinsky, who serves as an aid to Russian President Vladimir Putin, said he hopes that talks would soon continue.
"We hope that next time we will be able to take a more significant step forward," Medinsky said.
