The House Rules Committee can take up Constitutional Carry legislation (HB-1358) any time they want to – don’t let them run out the clock! This was a garbage bill when it was filed, but it’s fixed with an amendment after GGO nation hammered on them.

At the same time, the House Public Safety Committee can take up SB-319 any time they want to. But they are sitting on this bill on orders from Speaker Ralston, trying to run out the clock!
