WORSHIP WITH YOUR HANDS? / PB's Coffee Break

Dear Pastor Bob: I have attended some Church services where people are watching me the whole time.  If I am not lifting my hands during the worship music, they will signal me to raise my hands.  And if I don’t raise my hands, they look at me in shame.  Or if I am not singing, they will try and get me to do that. Have you ever experienced anything like this?  And what does the Bible say about this?  Can a believer truly worship God if he doesn’t lift his hands in a Worship service?
