Asparagus Black Bean SALAD

lb Asparagus Trimmed & cut into 1" pieces
1 Can (15 oz ) Drained & Rinsed Black Beans
1 Med Pepper, chopped (color of your choice)
1 Tbls Finely Chopped Onion
3 Olive Oil
2 Tbls Vinegar
1 Tbls minced Cilantro
1 Clove Garlic Minced
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Cumin
Cook Asparagus in 1/2' Water for 4 to 5 Minutes, Crisp and Drain
Add All ingredients once Asparagus is cooled
Chill for 2 Hours Simple and Delicious
