Pulled massive leech out of dog’s nose.

Henry the dog has been nothing like he was trying to get something out of his mouth for an hour. I had put my hand in to feel his mouth and the roof of his mouth. He had a little blood on his tongue.
Her then started shaking his head vigorously and I was worried ABC he stopped or I worked have taken him to the vet.
He then started snuffling and I was worried he couldn’t breathe. I saw a spec of blood on his nose and panicked, then saw the leech or leach.
I think it went from his mouth up the back of his throat to his nose. Not sure. I killed the leech.
