A ceasefire has been broken in the southeastern city of Mariupol by Russian shelling, as 400 thousand people remain trapped in the city.

The International Atomic Energy agency has said the Ukrainian Nuclear regulator is having major problems communicating with staff at the country's largest nuclear plant, which is now under the orders of the commander of the Russian Forces, who seized it last week.
