15 Minute Stretching Infant Series

Here is a stretching series that starts out on your back and ends up standing. Perfect for the beginning or the end of a workout, to start or end your day. Relaxing and good for your back and hips too.

The Infant Series stretching sequence is meant for a Yin Yoga class, but I shortened it and made it more dynamic. The series of stretches is the following Yin Poses:
Pentacle
Folded Pose Right Leg/Left Leg
Easy Spinal Twist Right Side/Left Side
Half Happy Baby Right Leg/Left Leg
Twisted Root Right Side/Left Side
Dragonfly (straddle stretch)
Caterpillar or Snail
Half Saddle Right Leg/Left Leg
Locust Pose
Infant Pose
Sphinx or Seal
Child Pose
Camel
Cat/Cow
Plank
Down Dog to Standing

Original Barre Method is taught in these videos as well as Pilates and Yoga. My instruction is based on movements that are effective and gentle on your body.
