Try this nutritious fruit and veggie smoothie, loaded with vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and all the colors of the rainbow. Get the ingredients and blend well. It’s that easy!

Rainbow Smoothie Recipe:
1-2 cups of water
1 cup aloe vera juice
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup beet or beet/apple juice blend.
(You may substitute 1 cup coconut water for 1 cup of water if preferred)
2 fistfuls of mixed greens salad
1/2 cup frozen dark cherries,
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 frozen pineapple
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
