Foundation Episode 10: Falling Off the Foundation

This is the 10th episode of Foundation with Steve Teed asking what are we building our life on?

In this episode, we look at the danger of moving from the foundation and see how it can happen subtly and yet have severe consequences.

We will start by taking a look at a couple of things that were said by U.S. President Joe Biden in his state of the union address. The thing to remember is that it is proclaimed that the president is a devout Catholic.

Following that, we are going to look at the Convention of Atlantic Baptist Churches and their Lent devotion series. Lent is supposed to be about reflecting on Jesus, but what happens when it isn't about Jesus and rather something else.

After the break, we will look at a portion of a sermon from a Luthern church in Toronto that teaches that the Great Commission is the cause of white supremacy and systemic racism.

We will see why we need to be firmly established on the foundation of Jesus Christ.
