Easy Potato Soup (Hamburger &Velveeta Cheese) BEST

Hamburger Potato Soup, my favorite soup. I am not much for carrots or celery, basil, but this was one of the best soups. Great for the cold winters nite. #crazygoodfood
You wil need:
11/2 lb Hamburger
2 Cans (14.5)Chicken Broth
1 Med Onion
5 Med Potatoes
1/2 Cup Flour
5 Med Carrots
3 Celery Sticks
3 Tsp Basil
2 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Pepper
12 oz. Velveeta Cheese (cubed)
1 1/2 Cup Milk
Sour Cream (dab in each bowl)
