Microsoft rocked the gaming industry this week when they bought Activision Blizzard for $6.8 Billion. Halo Infinite realised their mistakes by lowering the prices across their microtransaction store, separating out bundled items and providing the ability to earn credits in the season 2 battlepass.

Dying Light 2 showcased their new 3 layer PlayStation graphical quality settings. Horizon Forbidden West released a story trailer, unfortunately I wont be able to play it's February release. Call of Duty is considering a Bi-Annual release schedule among Activision executives ahead of the Microsoft buyout. EA is considering making Battlefield 2042 Free to Play (F2P) due to flagging sales figures and Google is releasing an early beta of their mobile gaming on PC app.
