Kena Bridge of Spirits 4K HDR PC Gameplay 12900K . Fun little game but the micro stutters suck.I switched to 1440p but the stutter still there.Seems to be a common problem in this game.

Keep single threaded performance. Heavy workloads set to 75°C to drop CPU clock to default settings on 12900K. You still have to test your own personal settings.
