As a former Russian Linguist USAF serving during Grenada and the Cold War I can tell you Vladimir Putin is a KGB Trained Dictator running an Authoritarian Dystopian regime disguised as a capitalist to suck in US dollars. The "former" USSR reorganized and Putin rose to power.

Ukraine wants to KEEP its independence. They are a sovereign nation and they ran Putin's puppet out of town. Remember Churchill needed American intervention when Chamberlain and Halifax almost lost the west. Zelensky is not Churchill, but he is not asking for US or International troops.
