Legs, day one, deficit deadlifts

So once again I split my leg training into 2 days, hams and calves day one, then some type of squats the next day

After 5 sets of 12 elevated lunges w/power blocks it was on to the deficit stiff legged deadlifts, 3 light warm up sets, then 6 sets with 200lbs x 8 reps (clearly I lost count here on my last set and did only 7??)
Dumbass....
did 3 sets at 160 (20% drop) for 12 reps then 2 sets of walking lunges, 15 steps each direction..tomorrows squat day should be fun....no...not really...lol
