NH Lawmakers Looking at Legalizing Cannabis and the State Operating 10 Pot Shops to Sell it Tax Free

The state of New Hampshire is looking at legalizing cannabis and treating it similarly to how it treats hard liquor and wine in regards to its sale. Legislators want for there to be only state owned and operated pot shops like there are only state owned and operated liquor stores. They also want for it to be sold tax free no differently than how alcohol is sold here in New Hampshire. Which of course there are Democrats who don’t want this to happen with how the state already takes away massive amounts of tax revenue from other Democrat controlled states bordering it.

In this video we take a look at a new twist in the legalization of cannabis that could be beneficial to New Hampshire and also force the hand of the Federal Government in regards to it marijuana policy.
