An AMAZING day for the Convention of States movement to call for a convention of states under Article V of the Constitution to propose amendments that would restrict the power of the federal government without input from the federal government! Earlier this year we added Nebraska and Wisconsin as States number 16 and 17 and now......Number 18 is in the books! Congratulations to all the grass roots in WV!
