Billion Dollar US F-35s support NATO's collective defense, 03/01/2022

https://georgenews.org | U.S. Air Force F-35 Lightning II aircraft assigned to the 34th Fighter Squadron, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, currently operating out of Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, and 48th Fighter Wing, Royal Air Force Lakenheath, England, as well as supporting operations and assets, support NATO’s Enhanced Air Policing mission at Siauliai Air Base, Lithuania, March 1, 2022. The fifth generation aircraft will be supporting NATO’s collective defense for an extended period from forward operating locations in the Baltic region. These capabilities afford NATO leaders the flexibility to project power and assert air dominance in highly contested environments.
