Its about a dishonest & vary dirty cop or police officer in the K-9 unit div who makes $97K a year: deputy Melody Rugg a PROWLER criminal that acts like & is a PEEPING TOM / PROWLER with a badge & a flash light. let's FIX that & discharge / FIRE this BUTCH female cop & SUE the city & Melody Rugg as the criminal she IS. she proved it. it was at 1:48am just turned SAT on 9-25-21 vary dark out & raining. I was in my locked truck. this cop thinks she can do what she wants to people & lie about it! jail you, hand cuff you for NOTHING! she's a LIAR. I wouldn't be with her if I was paid too! I do not care for Butch, LIARS or PROWLERS. she's a disgrace to the cop uniform & the LAW. she give LAW a bad name.
