A fire at Europe's largest nuclear power plant in Ukraine has been fully extinguished with no casualties, and radiation levels are said to be normal. Ukraine claims the plant was hit by Russian tanks. Homes are caught in the crossfire in the Lugansk and Donetsk republics, following a battle between the Ukrainian military and local militia forces. Meanwhile, a second round of peace talks has ended in Belarus. Both Moscow and Kiev agree to the setting up of humanitarian corridors for evacuees and a possible temporary ceasefire to allow citizens to leave. While the West continues with its indignation towards Russia's actions - a French journalist who's covered the conflict in Eastern Ukraine for years, claims the Ukranian government has been targetting civillians there.
