If you have a family or a home then you've probably wondered should you use antibacterial soap or not. The answer might surprise you.

It's time for the germaphobes among us to accept that they are covered with bacteria at all times, everywhere. And, there is nothing that you can, or should, do about it!

The bacteria on your skin, in your mouth and on your counter are your friends. Using soaps with Triclosan, Triclocarban or ay of the other antibacterial agents in soap isn't helping anything, and is probably doing harm.
