So many things we are taught to believe in society are based on nothing. Based on no facts, no research, and often not even on common sense. Eating 3 meals a day is one of those things.

The human body (and it's DNA) has been on this planet in our current form for 100's of thousands of years, only during the past few hundred years have we felt compelled to eat "3 squares" a day.

By eating the proper things, at the proper times, we can optimize our health and increase our longevity without spending 1000's on pills, powders, and other products. Mimicking our ancestors eating patterns, without encountering the dangers they faced, will give our human bodies exactly what they need to improve and heal. So the question of "Should You Eat 3 Meals a Day" is very valid...
