What Causes Kidney Stones 😲 Not What You Think...

Kidney stones can be more painful than child-birth, so we all want to avoid them if possible. There are some folks who falsely claim that eating keto can cause kidney stones. Nothing could be further from the truth.

There are specific thing you can do to decrease your risk of kidney stones, and things you can do to make them more likely. I go into these details in this video. To say that a diet that humans have been eating for millenia somehow causes stones in the urinary tract is foolish.

Between 2001 & 2010, hospital admissions due to kidney stones increased by 50%, even though no one was eating keto at that time. It is very likely that a fad diet does increase the risk of kidney stones, it is called the Standard American Diet. Avoid this fad diet and eat they way humans are meant to eat and you won't have to worry about stones.
