Making carne guisada tacos in Vietnam (part 2)

I made Hanoi's first carne guisada tacos! This video focuses on making the carne guisada. A very rare sight in Hanoi. I have searched all over the internet in Hanoi and found approx 6-7 Mexican restaurants here but none sell carne guisada (I checked all the menus). I guess because its a Tex-Mex thing not Mexico thing. I did go to a Mexican restaurant here and surprisingly the owner is originally from Austin, TX, but still no carne guisada.
