1: Get up.
Sitting burns fewer calories than standing. Reading a book, scrolling through Quora, and working on a computer can all be done while standing. This minor modification can have a significant impact on weight loss. You will burn a significant number of calories without even realizing it. As much as possible, stand up.
2: Take a walk
This is superior to standing. Take the stairs to the market instead of walking. Humans are built to walk. Walking was essential for survival. Don't be a couch potato.
3: Take control of your mind.
Junk food is becoming increasingly calorie-dense. A small burger contains far more calories than you might think. Stay away from it, don't even look at it, and don't even consider it. Improve your mental fortitude and resist all cravings for junk food. Don't let food control you, and don't turn into a dog who runs behind bones. Control your thoughts. If you get cravings, eat fruits; they are delicious and low in calories.
Our forefathers were slim because they walked a lot and ate clean food.
4: Unplug Netflix
Do not eat while watching television. You will eat a lot of food without even realizing it. Keep an eye on what you're eating.
5: Go shopping after
If you're hungry while shopping, you'll end up buying junk food that you don't need. Avoid going shopping when you're hungry.
