Is our state legislature leadership stifling free speech?

Last week Speaker of the House Brad Wilson announced to a standing room only of spectators in the House of Representatives Gallery a prohibition on "signs or any kind of visual signage demonstrating support or opposition to a bill. So I just asked the green coats to make sure we are not wearing or showing any signage relative to any piece of legislation."
