Melody Rugg K-9 deputy DIRTY liar cop. Felony Aggravated Indecent Exposure case

This is about a DIRTY liar of a K-9 unit deputy cop in Kalamazoo MI, by the name of Melody Rugg she has another relative in the police department too with a last name of Rugg. she is 43 yrs old & makes $97K a year as a K-9 unit cop in Kalamazoo MI. my 5th time going to court over theses lies will be 4-14-22 with a jury trial. A Felony charge carries up to 2 yeas in prison with a $2k fine. this involves only the cop & me in my own locked truck when I was laying down sleeping in my locked truck at 1:48am it just turned SAT on 9-25-21 one hour & 48 mins into sat morning. an Aggravated Indecent Exposure charge MUST be an a Willful or Intentional act. ITS CLEAR this was NOT the case AT ALL! I'm 63 yrs old & have a clean record NEVER in trouble with the law EVER in my life! NEVER saw jail time EVER! I spent 64 hours the first time & 36 hours the 2nd time in jail waiting for a judge over each weekend arrest for faults charges. that's 100 hours of my retirement lost!!! I missed 2 Sundays bowling because of the lies of Melody Rugg!
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE & INEXCUSABLE, a TOTAL LIAR. Melody Rugg should be DISCHARGED & FIRED before she accuses a young person that might not know the right stuff to stop her lies!!!
